I have my uncle working in one of the best car insurance company in the city. He had been there since he was twenty years of age. If a bigger amount is given to recreation, a smaller amount will be appropriated to saving in the bank. If too much spent on housing needs, food allowance might suffer.
A family who receives a definite income regularly will be able to make a spending plan more easily than a family whose income varies from month to month or year to year. Yet, it is always possible for any family to come up with some kind of a spending plan. This gives you a hard time adjusting, but you have no choice except to develop a new habit-a new plan of action.

Even though a woman is more aware of the needs in a relationship, that does not make her solely responsible to solve its problems. But she is responsible for getting her own needs fulfilled -in two main ways. First, she must communicate her needs and wishes without resenting her partner. Second, she must get her needs fulfilled from a variety of sources, and not make her partner the source of her dis-satisfaction, or the sole source of her fulfillment.
Consider the woman who tries to improve a suffering relationship by giving to the man, while expecting him to give back to her in the same way. She takes on the responsibility of pleasing him, but ignores herself until it is too late. By denying her own needs, he prevents him from being able to support her. Men are drawn to where they are needed, trusted and appreciated. A man runs from the needs of a woman when it appears that he cannot satisfy her needs. The signal that he has failed is her resentment.
Women typically do not communicate their needs until they have sacrificed for so long that resentment has sent in. Then, no matter how they communicate their needs, it will sound like nagging, complaining, bitching, blaming, or demanding. This just increases a man’s resistance to hearing that he must continue to work on his relationship.

For a man to enjoy a good relationship with a woman, he must adjust his expectations. Instead of thinking his work is over when he comes home, he must realize that having a relationship is also a part of his work. There will always be obstacles to overcome in sustaining a loving relationship.Too often men assume that once they are married, the work of having a relationship is over. Realistically, that is when it begins.
A man’s major responsibility is to counteract his tendency to be overly focused and strive to be caring, respectful, and committed to understanding his partner’s feeling s and needs, while maintaining his masculine sense of self. Through gradually learning to hear her feelings, he will become more motivated to support her and will become aware of his own needs in the relationship.
